RC Europe started construction on its new retail park in Uzice, western Serbia. Retail Park NEST Uzice is scheduled to open this fall. The park is going up on a 11,918 sqm land parcel on Milosa Obrenovica street and across from a Lidl supermarket. The 7,000 sqm NEST will offer 17 retail units on two floors as well as a playground for children and 124 parking spots. The tenant mix will include Koton, LC Waikiki, Deichmann, Gigatron, Opposite Shoes, Katrin and Feedback. In December 2017, RC Europe opened a NEST retail park in Kraljevo, central Serbia. The company has plans to open more locations around the country.
