An Orlando-based affiliate of Sundev Properties has acquired Reedy Plaza in east Orlando along with a vacant 2 acre parcel of land. Situated in the southeast corner of SR 50 and Culver Street on E Colonial Drive, the 31,500-square-foot plaza was built in 1984. Current tenants in the center include Rent-A-Center, Allstate Insurance, and Chubby’s Restaurant. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The property is currently 50 percent leased and will benefit greatly from local, hands-on management. Reedy Plaza will also have enhanced visibility and accessibility with the completion of the State Road 50 widening project,” said Mohammed Diab, Principal of Sundev.
