Regency Centers buys Plaza Venezi in Orlando for $92m

Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corporation and a partner in the investment has picked up a Publix anchored retail center in Southwest Orlando for $92 million. The center, Plaza Venezia, which offers 200,000 square feet of retail space, changed hands for $462 per sqf. The property is placed on a 25 acre site at 7500 Sand lake Road near the intersection of I-4. Other notable tenants in the plaza include Barnes & Noble, Eddie V’s, First Watch and Rocco’s Tacos.
