Jacksonville real estate investment trust, Regency Centers, has closed on the disposition of the Chapel Trail Plaza in Pembroke Pines in a $14.1 million transaction. Located at 18445-18455 Pines Boulevard, the 56,400-square-foot retail center was acquired by California-based 4528 Colbath LLC. Built in 1995, the center is fully-leased and anchored by LA fitness. Its tenant list includes P&L Nail Salon, Boca Tanning Club and Nutritional Power Center. The sale was completed with a $9.2 million mortgage supplied by Standard Insurance Company. HFF’s Danny Finkle, Luis Castillo, Eric Williams, Megan Fitzpatrick, Kim Flores and Nat Scarmazzi represented the seller.
