The Budapest shopping mall Pólus Center is undergoing a HUF 1bn renovation. Owned by CBRE Property Fund Central Europe, the mall first is one of the most established in the Hungarian capital, having opened 16 years ago. CBRE is now hoping to attract smaller retailers to meet customers demand. The renovation will be carried out by Market Építő Zrt. Cushman & Wakefield remains the exclusive leasing agent.
