Romania’s National Committee for Emergency Situations has decided that the interior spaces of restaurants can open starting today, and the resumption of activity will be allowed in counties where the cumulative incidence of coronavirus cases in the last 14 days is less than or equal to 1.5 per 1,000 inhabitants. Under the same conditions, the reopening of restaurants and cafes inside hotels, boarding houses or other accommodation units was also approved. The working hours cannot start before 6am and cannot be extended after midnight. Clubs, discos and bars remain closed, but cinemas, performance halls and concerts can also reopen.
