Retail Park Sochaczew 3 secured the permit needed to start work on the second and third phase of its Multishop Sochaczew retail park. The retail complex is set to break ground on Warszawska street in the city of Sochaczew, near the E30 motorway. Talks with general contractors are now in process.
The second and third phase of the project will deliver 21,000 sqm of new space to the market. Pre-leases has already filled 60 percent of the project, with Tesco taking 7,300 sqm. Mallson Polska is in charge of the leasing process.
