Riverstone Shoppes in Parkland trades for $13.2m

Riverstone Plaza LLC., a Pompano Beach company, has purchased the Riverstone Shoppes in Parkland for $13.2 million. Built on 9.6-acre site in 2003, the 64,153-square-foot retail center on N. State Road 7 traded for $206 per square foot. The seller, Barclay Millennium, acquired the property in 2004 for $17.5 million. The transaction was completed with a $9.5 million mortgage provided by Branch Banking & Trust Co. Current tenants in the center included Cross Fit, Crunch Fitness, Performance Edge Dance, and Café Bella Sera.
