The Riviera shopping center in Gdynia has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate, achieving an “Excellent” rating for its asset and building management categories thanks to scores of 73 and 79 percent respectively. This rating will be added to a previous BREEAM certificate (a “Very Good” rating) making it one of the few Polish malls to hold both certificates both as a new building, and for a building in use. WSP was in charge of the environmental assessment process for the mall. Mayland Real Estate is in charge of monitoring the building’s consumption and its waste production levels.
