Robyg has finalized a leaseback agreement with Millennium regarding Robyg Business Centre. The transaction is worth €19.7m. Robyg has until 2020 to buy back the project. Located on Warsaw’s Rzeczpospolitej street, Robyg Business Centre offers more than 10,000 sqm of commercial space on three floors.
The president of Robyg supervisory board said the transaction will make it possible for the developer to release equity from the project which can be used to further company’s growth plans. Robyg hopes to signs contracts on up to 2,300 housing units within the coming years. The developer signed contracts on 2,118 flats in 2014, up 22 percent from the previous year. Robyg’s supervisory board is expected to recommend paying dividends this year, representing up to 80 percent of its 2014-2015 profits.
