The Czech investment group Rockaway in partnership with the Czech business moguls Daniel Křetínský, Patrik Tkáč and Petr Kellner have bought three internet price comparing tools: Hungarian Árukereső.hu, Romanian Compari.ro and Bulgarian Pazaruvaj.com. The group purchased the Czech price comparing tool Heureka.cz earlier this year. The acquisitions were made from a single company, South African Naspers, from which Rockaway also bought e-shop Mall.cz and Heureka.cz. The price of the transaction was not disclosed and the deal is still awaiting approval from the Czech antimonopoly office.
