In a deal worth €220.8m, Rockcastle Global Real Estate sealed the acquisition of a 106,700 sqm Polish retail portfolio, which includes the Pogoria and Karolinka shopping centers. News broke over the summer that the African investor was set to take the project. Located in Opole and Dąbrowa Górnicza, the Auchan-anchored shopping centers are both BREEAM-certified. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL advised the seller, together with Dentons and Mayland Real Estate. Savills, Hogan Lovells and Arcadis represented the vendor.
