Rockcastle secured €67m from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Helaba and ING Bank to refinance Focus Mall Zielona Góra. The same banking consortium also provide a €164m facility to Rockcastle last year for its Karolinka, Pogoria and Platan shopping centers in Poland. Focus Mall Zielona Góra was opened in 2008 and includes 28,800 sqm of gross leasable space. Tenants include Bersha, Cinema City and H&M.
