Martin Kulík, head of the high-end residential developer Rodop, is planning to establish a chain of small breweries. Two years ago, he built his first brewery at the golf area he owns in Prague-Hostivař. Kulík is planning to open an additional three locations, with the first one scheduled to open just 1 km from his Hostivar brewery and restaurant in fall 2016. The other locations are slated for Prague-Kunratice, where Rodop completed 150 family houses last year, and Malá Úpa in Krkonoše, where Kulík owns a ski resort.
