Romaero Bucharest is seeking €1m in damages from Overseas Accommodations Services for violating the terms of a 2007 contact. Romaero, an aviation parts manufacturer, signed a contract with Overseas Accommodations Service to develop a business center. Under the contract, Romaero was to provided €8m worth of real estate properties and land. Overseas Accommodations Services, meanwhile, was supposed to invest €10.5m in exchange for a 43-percent stake in the project, but, according to Romaero, never put any money toward the project.
