Fiber optic cable manufacturer Romcab Târgu-Mureş announced to investors that it has identified the opportunity to build a photovoltaic park in Acăţari, Mureş County, located on a plot of land owned by the company, respectively on the roof of the buildings.
The total area that the photovoltaic installation will occupy is up to 100,000 square meters, mounted both on the ground and on the roof of the buildings, and the amount of energy produced will be over 5,000 MWh / year.
In order to cover any power outages, the project will also contain a storage solution, so as to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the factory.
