RONSON Development signed contracts under which it acquires plots of land with a total area of 2,715 sqm located in Warsaw’s Wola district, at Studzienna Street. Pursuant to the decision on development conditions, it will be possible to build a complex of multi-family residential buildings with an underground car park and the necessary infrastructure in this place, with a total usable area of 4,800 sqm. The price of the property was established at PLN 13,500,000 net. At the end of October this year RONSON Development has acquired real estate with a total area of approx. 5.9 thousand sqm located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
