RREEF Investment has been given a green light by Poland’s antitrust regulator to take over the Stary Browar shopping center in Poznań. The seller is Fortis Nowy Stary Browar, a vehicle owned by Grażyna Kulczyk. Located on Półwiejskia street, Stary Browar is Poznań’s flagship retail scheme. This is Kulczyk’s second attempt to offload the project, after takeover talks with Hedan collapsed in 2011.
