19 October 2017

Atlanta-based investment and management firm Jamestown has paid $34.25 million for a Publix-anchored shopping plaza in northwest Miami-Dade. Located at 18454 Northwest 67th Avenue in Hialeah, the 109,000 square foot retail center, Country Club Plaza, changed hands for just over $314 per sqf. Built in 1985, the center was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale with additional tenants including CVS Pharmacy, Party City and Panera Bread. An affiliate of Deutsche Asset Management’s RREEF America REIT sold the asset, which it picked up for $22.25 million in 2007.
