In a deal worth EU 88.5m, S.African PKM CEE Investments Limited has acquired Nova Park shopping mall in Gorzów Wlkp. The seller is Piccadilly Capital Investment, the vehicle set up by Caelum Development i Futureal. Delivered in 2012, Nova Park offers 32,500 sqm of lettable space, with 910 parking places, with tenants including Bershka, C&A, CCC, Cropp, Deichmann, Douglas, Empik, H&M, Intersport, KFC, Media Expert, Mohito, New Yorker and Piotr i Paweł. The average renter in the mall pays EU 14,400/sqm per month.
