Austrian investor S+B Gruppe plans to enter the data center market, a niche with major potential, with a project thought to replace an office building planned as far back as 2019 near the Pipera metro station.
S+B Gruppe entered the authorization process with a project that provides for the construction of a building with the function of data center, services and offices, structured on 3 basements dedicated to parking, ground floor and 5 floors.
The developer has for several years owned a 3,645 sqm plot of land behind the Pipera Business Tower, a 13-storey building also owned by S+B Gruppe and developed in 2009, following an investment of EUR 25 million.
