Sareb will be building 783 homes (plus 1,200 parking spots) on lands it holds in Spain. The company has thirteen lots totalling 134,000 sqm located mainly in Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Málaga, Sevilla, Pontevedra and Alicante. The construction program is scheduled to begin in December with completion set for the end of 2017. The investment will require more than €110m to complete. Altamira, Serbihabitat and Solvia will be involved In the management of these 13 developments.
