Sareb sold a 14,400 sqm plot on Paseo de los Melancólicos in Madrid to the Andalucian real estate company Grupo Insur. The plot has a buildable surface area of almost 27,000 sqm, and the new owner plans to develop a business park on the land. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. However, according to market sources, Sareb sold 5,590 properties in the first six months of the year and reported nearly €1.4bn in revenues.
