Saturn TFI fund is teaming up with Real 2B to expand the Quick Park retail chain in Poland. “As the product proved to be highly successful, we’re looking to expand the chain,” Piotr Kukowski, managing director of Saturn TFI, told propertynews. The network, which currently includes five projects, is dedicated to a private banking client. The portfolio includes retail parks in Mysłowice, Sulechów Strzegom, Konstancin and Olkus. Two new schemes are set to go up in Kępno and Pułtusk. The strategy involves 25 retail parks to be developed in small and medium-sized cities. Each project will offer up to 15,000 sqm of commercial space.
