Savills has taken over the management of Galeria Rumia, in northwestern Poland. The center, owned by DNB Assets Holdco, offers 16,800 sqm of leasable retail space in 58 units over three levels as well as 460 parking spaces. The tenant mix includes Biedronka, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Monnari, KIK, Pepco, Rossmann as well as Multikino.
