Savills was named property manager of the Zgorzelec Plaza shopping and entertainment center. Owned by M7 Real Estate, the 25,000 sqm Zgorzelec Plaza is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and offers 12,500 sqm of leasable retail space. Main tenants include Empik, H&M, Multikino, Komputronik, Martes Sport, Media Expert and Rossmann. “Zgorzelec Plaza is the first retail project purchased by M7 in Poland. We see many possibilities of using the facility’s potential and to extend its retail offer. Our goal is to strengthen the project’s position on the market,” said Paweł Materny, head of leasing at M7.
