Savills has been hired to recommercialize part of the Centrum Krakowska 61 retail park in Warsaw. The complex will soon undergo a substantial refurbishment, including the modernization of one of the buildings, which covers 11,800 sqm. Centrum Krakowska 61 is one of the largest retail complexes in Warsaw, totaling nearly 55,000 sqm. The owner of the investment is Octava FIZAN fund, which is managed by Octava Asset Management Sp. z o.o.
