The Scallier Poles will build the fifth local retail park in Vaslui. The company announced that it already has the authorization for the commercial project with a leasable area of about 10,000 sqm. The company also has two other retail parks under construction, in Timișoara and Turda.
Scallier’s first retail parks in Romania were inaugurated in Roșiorii de Vede and Focșani last year.
For next year, the company wants to open three more retail parks under the FunShop brand and is actively looking for new land for projects. The investment in a retail park is between EUR 5 million and EUR 10 million.
