Scott Dwyer named new CEO at Atrium in Poland

Scott Dwyer has replaced Katarzyna Cyz as CEO of Atrium European Real Estate. In his new position, Dwyer will manage the company’s retail portfolio in Poland, which includes 23 retail centers as well as two development projects currently underway in Warsaw and Toruń. Atrium manages 153 retail assets in Europe, worth €2.5bn. Its retail portfolio in Poland makes up 53.2 percent of its total European assets.

Between 2009 and 2011 Dwyer was the general director at ING Real Estate Development International responsible for Germany, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland and Romania. He managed a real estate portfolio worth €1.3bn, which included some of the region’s prime assets, like Uberseequartier in Hamburg, Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, Allee and Vorosmarty in Budapest, Le Terrazze in the Italian city of La Spezii and Designer Outlet Landquart in Switzerland.
