The second phase of Sun Plaza’s remodel is set to open on Thursday, adding 5,500 sqm of new commercial to the Bucharest shopping center. New tenants include Forever 21, Lego, LC Waikiki, NYX, Pandora and MAC. There is one last phrase of Sun Plaza’s remodel, which was designed by ATP Vienna, one of the largest integrated design companies in Austria. Bog’Art is overseeing construction, while Optim Project Management is in charge of project management. CBRE Romania is the property manager. Sun Plaza is the only shopping center in Romania with a direct underground connection.
