Serbia has put a portfolio of 32 pieces of property on the market at locations across the country. The most of expensive of them, located in Belgrade on Mihailo Mike Jankovic Street in the Savski municipality is going for €2.5m. Another property in the town of Sopot is being offered at a starting price of €482,000. Other assets are located in
Presevo, Sokobanja, Gornji Milanovac, Lebane, Negotin and Razanj. The sale of the properties are being handled through sealed bids that must be submitted by May 12, in time for the opening of bids on May 14. The conditions for the bid allow for just one bid to be submitted in order to be considered valid.
