The Serbian Finance Minister Mladjan Dinkic nominated Jelasity Radovan, the current CEO of Erste Hungary, to helm the National Bank of Serbia’s governor’s council, a position Radovan held between 2004 and 2010. Dinkic stated he “wouldn’t mind” if Radovic returned to the bank given his extensive experience with the bank. Radovan left his position with the NBS for personal reasons. There has been no official word from Radovan’s camp about the job offer, but online media reports suggest the Erste chief plans to stay where he is.
