Seven new lease agreements were recently signed at Galeria Victoria in Wałbrzych. The slew of new tenants includes the discount clothing chain Pepco (500 sqm) and the restaurant Sphinx. Reporter (170 sqm), Funk’N’Soul (45 sqm) and the travel agency Zbuda (30 sqm) have already opened their stores in the shopping center, while the clothing chain KiK plans to open a 400 sqm unit next year. Carry, which signed a lease on 520 sqm, will also open in 2013. Master Management Group is responsible for the leasing process at the mall.
The 43,000 sqm Victoria was delivered on a 10 ha plot two years ago.
