Manaca Investment affiliate Manaca Monarch Company has purchased the Shoppes of Monarch for $6.1 million, or $457 per square foot. The center located at 12703 Miramar Parkway in Miamar, Fl is 13,466 square feet and is 100 percent leased. Douglas Mandel and Barry Wolfe of Marcus & Millchap acted for the seller, which purchased the Shoppes at Monarch in 2006 for $1.12 million.
