The South African developer NEPI will open Shopping City Timisoara on March 31. Completion of the second phase of construction of the Shopping City Timisoara will create largest shopping center in western Romania, with brands such as Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Adidas, and Deichmann, along with largest Cinema City outside Bucharest.
“NEPI’s €83.8 m investment in Shopping City Timisoara is more than developing a shopping center, it’s one of the largest investments made lately in Timis County,” said Smaranda Tiberiu, chief executive of NEPI. With the completion of the second phase of Shopping City Timisoara, the mall will have a lettable area of 70,000 sqm.
