SIBS Group has acquired Wirecard Romania, Romcard and Supercard Solutions & Services. Through this acquisition, SIBS has officially entered the Romanian market and expanded its presence in Eastern Europe. SIBS is a payment service provider, leading the Portuguese market. It also has a significant presence in developed countries in Europe and Africa.
