Wzgórze shopping mall has welcomed two new tenants, after Mayland Real Estate signed up Simple and Orsay fashion brands for 264 sqm of space at the mall, currently under construction in the of Gdynia. The redevelopment works on the facility began in October 2011, with the completion date set at the third quarter of 2013. After the completion, the mall is expected to deliver 70,000 sqm of new retail space to the local property market, with 270 stores occupied by Real, Grupa Inditex i LPP, H&M, C&A, NewYorker, Kino Helios, as the anchor tenants. The investor, Foncière Euris Group has selected Mayland Real Estate developer to run the project, as well as to be responsible for filling it up.
