Skanska is in the process of acquiring a plot in Poznań, according to the daily Głos Wielkopolski. The developer has already signed a preliminary agreement with the state-owned PKS operator. The sale still needs to be approved by Poznań city officials. The land already has zoning in place which allows for the development of 116-meter commercial buildings. Skanska has not yet unveiled its plans for the land.
