Skanska Property Development has reportedly acquired a 2.5 ha plot close to the Galeria Krakowska retail center in Kraków, according to Polish media reports. The seller was ECE. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Located on Pawia street, the land already has zoning in place, allowing for the development of nearly 70,000 sqm of office space. This would be Skanska’s third project in Kraków, following Kapelanka 42 and Axis, which the developer put on the market this week.
