Yareal Polska bought the Soho Factory property at Mińska 25 in Warsaw. JLL advised the vendor, Soho Development, on obtaining a buyer and negotiations, while the Greenberg Traurig provided legal counsel. Yareal Polska was represented by the Gide Loyrette Nouel. The property, located between Mińska and Żupnicza streets, covers 53,194 sqm and has room to develop approximately 70,000 sqm of residential and service space. “The sale of this prestigious property illustrates the huge investor interest in land plots which allow for development of mixed-use projects with a primarily residential function,” said Daniel Puchalski, head of land advisory services at JLL. “In the case of finalizing the Mińska 25 transaction, the vendor was focused on obtaining a buyer with an established market position that would share the company’s vision and plans related to the Soho Factory complex. All of these expectations were met by Yareal Polska.”
