Sonar Real Estate (Sonar) has successfully leased a catering unit in THE SQUAIRE, a prominent commercial complex at Frankfurt Airport. Acting on behalf of an international investor, Sonar has been entrusted with the operational asset management of this property.
The new tenant, Berlin-based Haferkater GmbH, is renowned for its sustainable business practices and operates 28 outlets across major German cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mannheim, Munich, and Wiesbaden. The Haferkater branch in THE SQUAIRE’s Atrium West is expected to open by the end of 2024, offering vegetarian and vegan porridge and coffee specialties.
“The addition of Haferkater’s oat rice bowls, salted breads, and wraps enhances the gastronomic options for both tenants and visitors at THE SQUAIRE. FPS Rechtsanwälte provided legal counsel for the landlord during the negotiations, while PROKS Real Estate and Schier Real Estate facilitated the contract’s completion.
