Spaladium Arena, a shopping center located in Split, Croatia, is set to be auctioned. The owner of the mall, TPN, is currently under receivership. The price will be published next month, once the evaluation process is finalized. If it cannot find a buyer, Spaladium Arena will be offered at a starting price of HRK 1 (€0.13), according to news reports.
TPN began the receivership process in 2014. Its debt stands at €79.3m due mostly to the banks that financed the construction of the shopping mall.
