The Spanish Ministry of Finance sold land located in Madrid’s Moncloa-Aravaca district to Vía Célere for €19m. The plot, which has been approved for residential use, covers 3,173 sqm with a buildable surface area of 11,230 sqm. The land was among the 34 property assets that the ministry put up for sale at the end of August.
