Average housing prices on the Spanish market increase by 4.1 percent between April and June, compared with the previous three-month period, according to Eurostat.
Spain tied with Denmark, which also reported a 4.1-percent increase in housing prices in the second quarter. The countries followed Cyprus (7.4 percent) and Austria (6.4 percent). Romania, meanwhile, posted a 1.1 percent decrease in housing prices in Q2, followed by Malta (-0.3 percent) and Italy (-0.1 percent).
