Spar Magyarország, the Hungarian subsidiary of the international food retail chain, has opened a 7,000 sqm mall including a 3,000 sqm Interspar hypermarket. The investment in Érd added 100 news jobs to the Hungarian market. The cost of the project was HUF 4.1bn. As part of the investment, the company also developed the road network around the store at a cost of HUF 250m and contributed HUF 128m toward the development of the nearby sewer system.
