Following a €30,000 renovation, the Spartan restaurant in Arad has reopened. Approximately 1,000 people attended the reopening party. The 180 sqm restaurant, Spartan’s first location in Arad, opened in July 2015. Its 2016 turnover was €480,000. Spartan owner Olivian Mitaru already operates three restaurants, two in Arad and one is Ramnicu Valcea and he plans to open the fourth location this fall at the Ramnicu Valcea shopping center being developed by NEPI.
