The Spider Group will open new a tea production facility in the Rakita business zone in Kladare. Spider is a major new plant where 400 million teabags will be packed annually. The value of the investment will be €3.7m and will create 50 new jobs. It’s thought to be one of the largest such plants in Europe and includes a large investment in new technology and equipment. Spider Group specializes in the processing of medicinal and aromatic herbs for their use in tea and other products. Other subsidiaries of the group include Biofarma, Dolla, Jan-spider and Herbanium.
