Sport Vision has acquired Slovenian sporting goods chain Tomas Sport 2. Sport Vision is part of BDS Sport Group. The price of the deal was not disclosed, but according to news reports, takeover negotiations took a year. Sport Vision already owns a number of sports equipment stores around the Balkan region and has big plans for the Slovenian market. Tomas Sport 2 operates 20 stores in Slovenia and Croatia.
