Sport Vision Extra signed a lease on 930 sqm at Colosseum Retail Park in northwestern Bucharest. The retailer is expected to open its new location no later than the first quarter of 2017. ACTIV Property Services brokered the lease. “We welcome Sport Vision’s decision to join Colosseum. This new anchor store will be followed shortly by others as a result of our desire to improve the mix of tenants and develop Colosseum, given the increased interest of retailers for the retail park,” said Mihai Dinu, director of Colosseum Retail Park.
Opened in 2011, the retail park offers 37,000 sqm of space. It is anchored by Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Altex and JYSK.
