Square 7 Properties company, together with its partner Mitiska REIM, announces the opening of a new project in Baia Mare and the expansion of the retail park in Mediaș.
The Baia Mare Shopping Park project has 8,400 sqm of leasable area and 17,500 sqm of commercial area, and among the tenants will be brands such as Altex, C&A, Kik, JYSK, DM, Numero Uno, Pepco, Sinsay, Sportisimo, Superzoo or Xpress , to which is added Lidl. The shopping center also has a parking lot of over 300 places.
On October 28, together with Mitiska Reim Group, the company Square 7 Properties completed the expansion of the Medias Shopping Park in Mediaș by inaugurating a new leasable area of 8,000 sqm, now totalling the commercial area to 16,400 sqm.
